Ibiza restaurants: Ceviche Verdé & Ceviche Mexiterraneo at La Mezcalería

Hip Dalt Vila hang out La Mezcalería takes Mexican cuisine and adds a Mediterranean twist to it – and voila! Mexiterránean was born.

Grab a house made corn tortilla chip and scoop into the Ceviche Verdé or Ceviche Mexiterraneo, a delicious choice with either. Salsa Verdé is made of freshly caught Corvina that is diced and marinated in fresh lime juice while chunks of green apple and pomegranate seeds are added into the mix. Half of a juicy passion fruit tops it off to create a chock-full portion of zesty, fruity and fresh flavour.

The Ceviche Mexiterraneo differs in ingredients and flavour but is nothing short of another delightful ceviche to snack on. Succulent prawns and scallops are diced and mixed with house made pico de gallo, spicy chillies, olive tapenade and topped with three slices of creamy avocado seasoned with paprika and a delicate quail egg.
