Ibiza restaurants: Free Range Chicken Terrine at La Veranda

Over the years, the evolution of La Veranda, the stylish in-house restaurant at Agroturismo Atzaró, has seen it become one of the island’s premier farm-to-table restaurants. With its own onsite organic garden, plus access to the very best produce and ingredients from Ibiza, the menu is brimming with fresh, healthy and creative options to choose from and the summer 2018 menu sees the kitchen team put a contemporary twist on many classics.

The free-range chicken terrine is made with plump, juicy local chicken, using three different types of meat from the bird compressed into a hearty slice (topped with everyone’s favourite crispy skin) that looks as beautiful as a piece of cake! Further adding to its dessert-like appeal is the addition of sweet plum crumble, dried apricots and a pine nut praline, the perfect complementary crunch.
