New! Can Lluc Restaurant – Quintessential Ibiza dining

This summer, boutique hotel Can Lluc introduces a different sort of restorative respite to San Rafael; the all-new standalone restaurant space allows guests to experience the true heart of Ibiza, enveloped in nature, dining beneath the stars.

Head chef Manuel Anton has built up a well-deserved reputation on the island over the years, and now works closely with owners Tina Soriano and Lucas Prats to create a menu which shares the spirit of Ibiza with the world. An array of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes are available, made with locally sourced and homegrown ingredients plucked straight from the onsite garden. Particular treats include Can Lluc figs, olive oil, and wine from their own vineyard.
