The locally renowned Exquisite brand includes a range of sumptuous hand-made products made with raw ingredients – true treats for those with a sweet tooth. Try Es Broll, a rich, chocolately artisan carob flavoured liquor or the multi-flavoured range of gooey nougat and ludicrously moreish chocolate. Santa Eulalia based brand Can Malacosta offers an assortment of island grown and produced beautifully jams and preserves, perfect to serve alongside the sticky-delicious natural honey brand Miel Ibiza. For those craving something with a kick, The Ibiza Chili Co. – created by islander and chef Sid Shanti – is made with island fruits, vegetables and of course, chilis grown right here in Ibiza, and packs a flavoursome punch.
