Société Anonyme, or the Anonymous Society, is an exciting new Dutch concept, working with renowned Michelin star chefs to create intimate food fiestas, and one-of-a-kind dining experiences, in stunning locations, for a handful of guest who are in-the-know. A must for all gourmands, the private pop-up dining club combines ‘superior service, first class cuisine, and a speakeasy vibe for like-minded people’.

With the abundance of fine food lovers, plus the luxury lifestyle, cosmopolitan vibe, and the island’s legendary free spirit, Ibiza has all the ingredients to host the first ever Société Anonyme. In-keeping with the jet set lifestyle, five of the best Dutch Michelin star chefs will fly over, back to back, to create their own sublime signature tasting menu for the event. Using only a very simple kitchen and fresh local produce, each chef will get the chance to showcase their skills via the creation of a divine fine dining tasting menu from the heart of Ibiza; home grown and made with love.

Meet the Société Anonyme chefs
Ron Blaauw*: Makes the ordinary extraordinary. Tired of his lavish two Michelin star restaurant, Ron began working on a new concept two years ago – making simple, unpretentious food, a first class experience, with new ventures including Gastro Bar, Hot Dog and Oriental Gastro. Always looking for a new challenge, at Société Anonyme he’ll make the day-to-day divine.

Erik van Loo**: Eating is an emotional experience. With experience at a number of first class restaurants including Parkheuvel, Erik adheres to the three p’s – perfection, produce and people. Erik believes food is not the just the way to a man’s heart, but taste is one of human’s deepest emotions. Tasting Erik’s menu at Société Anonyme is sure to be an evocative and memorable experience.

Edwin Vinke**: The joys of eating. Edwin runs the successful two-star restaurant De Kromme Watergang in the province of Zeeland. Far from just being functional, Edwin believes it is the combination of food, friends and flavours coming together, which make eating a joyous experience. Join him at the pop-up for a unique adventure with food, friends and family.

Soenil Bahadoer**: French fusion. Experimental and exotic, the exuberant Surinam born Soenil from De Lindehof excels in fusing traditional French Cuisine with the flavours from his tropical roots. Enjoy an explosion of flavours in every mouthful with his international Ibiza-themed menu.

Fred Mustert**: No nonsense, just great food. Born in Gouda and with a namesake two Michelin star restaurant, Fred Mustert lets the food speak for itself, using quality products to create standout dishes. Famed for his expensive taste, expect haute cuisine with Ibiza’s finest ingredients at Société Anonyme.
