Ibiza restaurants: The Codfather at The Butcher

There are few lengths that residents of the UK wouldn’t go to for a hearty portion of quality fish and chips – tucking in while walking along rugged coastline on a cold, blustery day is a rite of passage for all Brits. And now, we can have the same experience in Ibiza, but with the added bonus of sunshine and turquoise waters.

At The Butcher, the island’s newest burger joint found on the ground floor of Sir Joan, they’re serving up The Codfather – delicious paper plates of fresh blue cod, lightly battered with traditional beer batter, and served with thick cut chips and a tangy tartare sauce. It’s everything a homesick Brit could ask for, and the kind of comforting food guaranteed to put a smile on your face on even the darkest of days.
