Cod in Black Squid Ink Sauce at The Giri Cafe

The work that goes into this show-stopping dish from The Giri Cafe is palpable, and the evidence is clear in the fantastic flavours. The freshest cod is first confited and then baked in the oven, and served up on a bed of sautéed spinach and finished with a delicious black squid ink sauce.
