Homemade Granola at Wild Beets
The Wild Beets breakfast menu is groaning with healthy deliciousness and it’s hard to go past the homemade granola. It is just sublime. Organic oats are rolled onsite and mixed with two kinds of flax seeds, oat bran, almonds, walnuts, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, and a dash of cinnamon. Lightly tossed in maple syrup and coconut oil, topped with homemade cashew vanilla yoghurt, seasonal fresh fruit, goji berries, shredded coconut, a little splash of almond milk and enjoyed with a fresh cold-pressed juice makes it the breakfast of champions.
