La Veranda is the beautiful terrace restaurant adjacent to the main building at Ibiza hotel Atzaró – open all year round, serving up a healthy Mediterranean concept menu, fresh, full of flavour and always accessibly priced. With a daytime menu featuring delicious lunches and Ayurvedic inspired choices, a Nikkei Bar offering authentic Peruvian snacks throughout July and August plus everyone’s Mediterranean favourites, La Veranda is a culinary destination.
Orange groves, rosemary bushes and fresh country air surround the light, breezy dining room with its sun-drenched terrace. Much of the seasonal produce found in chef Lucia Ferrer’s creative menus is plucked from the garden onsite on a daily basis, grown especially for her menus… you won’t find fresher than that!
Early birds love the famous hotel breakfast (non-guests always welcome), served until midday. For lunch, try the Healthy Veranda Menu – three nutritious courses with cucumber infused water for just 30€ per person – or the classic Gastronomic Tasting Menu, which can be combined with spa passes, or opt for home style la carte creations.
Think crudité with hummus and falafel salad to snack on, and creamy Buffalo Burratina or melt-in-your-mouth Iberico ham with homemade rosemary focaccia to share. Mains include plenty of salads, gluten-free pasta, fresh seafood plus popular dishes like roast beef, rack of lamb, the Atzaró burger or vegetarian polenta and seitan burgers.
