A Mi Manera

An exciting addition to the Ibiza restaurant scene is the Ibiza outpost of A Mi Manera – the sister venue to an insiders’ favourite in Formentera.

An exciting addition to the Ibiza restaurant scene is the Ibiza outpost of A Mi Manera – the sister venue to an insiders’ favourite in Formentera. The location couldn’t be more perfect – set in a beautifully restored ancient finca on the iconic San Juan ‘restaurant road’, A Mi Manera is surrounded by plenty of rich, working farmland that allows the owners to grow enough organic vegetables to support their farm-to-table ethos.

The menu at A Mi Manera offers classic Mediterranean cuisine with a strong Italian family influence. Antipasti is divine in its simplicity, with fresh garden produce present in every dish, while a second course of the Ibiza restaurant’s signature pasta is recommended in true Italian style. When it comes to mains, the charcoal grill plays a starring role, with premium quality cuts of Wagyu, Kobe and Black Angus beef on offer alongside a mouth-watering local pluma Iberica.

A Mi Manera possesses a true secret garden charm, thanks to whimsical styling details courtesy of the Ibiza restaurant’s creative director, Manu Crotti. In the main dining area, vintage tables with brightly coloured peacock back chairs are scattered under a fairy-lit canopy of trees. A unique tree-house style bar serves bespoke cocktails where fruits and herbs grown onsite are brought into the mix, while a path through the gardens reveals a large circular table overlooking the gardens; an exquisite spot for fine dining with friends on a balmy Ibiza evening.

Open for lunch and dinner, and available for weddings and events, A Mi Manera is an Ibiza restaurant with a heart – in addition to maintaining a KM0 produce philosophy, the owners have opted to use only sustainable and organic serviettes and tablecloths in order to save water, all of which will be lovingly preserved to tend to the garden’s soil. The name translates to ‘My way’ – theirs is the way of the future.
