A firm locals’ favourite thanks to a great value menù del día and an à la carte menu to die for, eF&Gi Restaurant is a chic restaurant and hidden gem in the popular little town of Jesus with a reputation for fine international food complemented by a chilled glass of wine, sun-drenched afternoons and tropical nights.
Run by dynamic duo, Fabio and Greg, who ran a restaurant of the same name in Sitges for over 10 years before submitting to the charms of Ibiza, the concept is simple – great, simple and flavour-filled food, served with flair. Inspired by the pair’s travels, dining at eF&Gi Restaurant is like taking a culinary trip around the world.
With a natural passion and flair for cooking and hospitality, the couple have curated a mouthwatering menu of Mediterranean cuisine infused with Asian and international influences. The bluefin tuna tartare is now legendary with island foodies, and the slow-cooked beef medallion – served with either Asian styled steamed rice and Penang curry sauce, or Ibizan parmentier potatoes and black truffle – is enough to make even the coldest heart melt.
Other standout dishes include a carpaccio of tiger prawns (sourced locally, naturally), the delightfully rich lobster tail spaghetti sautéed with black ink, and oven-roasted fresh sea bass. It’s easy to see why eF&Gi Restaurant has cosmopolitan foodies flocking to its doors. Here, quality produce is king, allowing each and every dish to truly shine.
