What Shipping methods are available?
All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless states otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Please note a signature is required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.
What about import duties and customs?
For any orders to destinations outside of the EU the recipient is liable for any and all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country that you are shipping to.
Payment of these is required to release your order from customs.
Where can I receive my order?
Your order can be sent to an address selected by you – home, work, etc. but never a PO Box as a signature is required to release your order.
Please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
Yes, the delivery country can be different to the country in which the purchase is made.
What happens if there is an issue with my order before it ships?
If there is an issue with your order before it has been shipped e.g the style is no longer available, or your size is not available, our Customer Service Department will contact you by email to discuss options.
