This is a fillet that packs a punch, with a tasty, intense flavour. Cut into the luscious beef and you’ll find a delicious mozzarella burrata cream to blow your mind.
If asparagus, egg and Hollandaise are, as the Babylon Beach chefs say, a perfect marriage, then this dish could be the perfect wedding. The devil is, of course, in the detail…

Witches, warlocks, ghosts, goblins and every freaky fiend is invited to celebrate Ibiza Halloween at The Babylon Beach Family Friendly Halloween Party on Friday October 31, 2014.
Kids will be entertained in the enclosed Babylonitos Kids play area supervised by sensible monsters from Kids In Ibiza, and activities include: witches stew, apple bobbing, the infamous mummy wrap, donut danglers, creepy crafts, petrifying paintings, family-friendly cinema and much more, with special guest Dark Warlock Cachirulo the clown arriving by stinky steam boat.
Entrance: 5€ per child including all of the above, with a children’s menu available at additional cost.Refreshments available in the kids area in addition to the Babylon Beach bar, whilst the little demons are being kept amused. Once forced to abandon your children to the clutching arms of the terrifying play area you will then be coerced to take a seat in the Chiringuito and drink, eat, chat and be scary. Sounds like fun!
The event is separated into age appropriate sections with craft and games, dinner and a movie for the under 10s while teens and pre-teens can enjoy their own activities from 6.00pm when it all gets a little scarier.
Bookings are essential for dinner. Please call 971 332 181 or reserve a table via White Ibiza here

There’s roast chicken, and then there’s the Babylon Beach Ibiza roast chicken – 1.5 kilo chooks (choose between a half or whole portion, perfect for sharing with a side of triple cooked fries) that have been brined for 12 hours then marinated and vaporised in an oven, before being slowly cooked on a rotisserie. Full of flavour, the most moist and tender chicken you’ll ever taste, and just another example of the behind the scenes passion for quality at this amazing Ibiza beach restaurant.

Behind the scenes at Babylon Beach Restaurant is a passionate team of foodies, chefs and farmers dedicated to giving you the best dining experience in Ibiza. From cultivating their own vegetables, pickling their own cucumbers and developing unique smoky tastes and flavours within their chargrill oven, ecah dish has had a lot of love and passion put into its creation long before it reaches the plate.
The Thai Rare Beef Salad is one such dish – chock full of zingy flavours, seasoned with Nam Pak fish sauce and garden-fresh herbs, with ultra-soft beef that has been seared at 400-degrees before joining the veggies on the plate!
While the thought of a beach cantina might conjure up images of burritos, roast chicken and fries*, there’s one culinary-minded cantina here in Ibiza who spares a thought for the health conscious, vegans and vegetarians in our midst! Babylon Beach Cantina‘s deluxe Superfood Salad boasts quinoa, chia seeds, mushrooms, algae, lots of root vegetables plucked straight from the restaurant’s own organic farm, and is served with a very mild curry vinaigrette, adding it a real flavour sensation – like a health food store in a bowl!
*OK, so we’ll admit – Babylon Beach Cantina also serves all of the above – damn good burritos, roast chickens and fries too, but for the purposes of this article, we’re singing the praises of the damn good salad!
