The evolution of Beachouse Ibiza
For one night only, BEACHOUSE Ibiza shifts its regular Italian cuisine style to an authentic Japanese inspired tasting menu paired with expertly chosen sake by none other than Richie Hawtin himself. The collaboration between the ENTER. main man and the hot new Playa d’en Bossa beach restaurant sees guests tuck into an elegant and authentic five course Japanese dinner, matched with the various flavours and variety of styles of ENTER Sake, selected by Hawtin from his own ENTER.Sake Boutique Collection – for just 90€ per person. Reservations for tables for later in the evening after dinner are also accepted.
As you’d expect, the ENTER.Sake musical line-up is like ENTER.’s greatest hits, with DJs Hito, Fabio Florido and of course, Richie Hawtin on hand take you on a musical journey throughout the evening. It’s all about the music, food and sake. Or perhaps it’s the other way around!
The rumors spread like wildfire across our small island, that Guy Gerber would be bringing his ‘Rumors‘ concept to a hot new beach club in summer 2014. Well, the rumors have now been confirmed, as BEACHOUSE Ibiza is the official host of the weekly Sunday evening event, with Guy Gerber and secret unannounced guests bringing the music and the stylish Ibiza beach restaurant providing the delicious food, cocktails and bottle service to daybeds and sofas on the beach.
A classic example of the rustic, honest Italian cuisine on the menu at hot new Ibiza beach restaurant Beachouse Ibiza is the Trofie Puttanesca. The short, al dente pasta twists are served up in a traditional tomato sauce with anchovies and olives that is nothing short of pasta perfection – team it with the simply stunning view of Playa den Bossa from your table (by day or by night) on the open-air terrace and you’ve practically achieved Ibiza nirvana!
