Kyle and Stacey tied the knot at Elixir, perched on the mountainside at Cala Codolar, overlooking the sea and Es Vedra. Stacey made an old school Hollywood entrance in a classic Rolls Royce, and after tucking into an amazing spread by Eat Ibiza, the party continued with lots of fancy dress and dancing under the stars – watch the video highlights after the photo gallery!

In September 2013, amongst their nearest and dearest, UK couple Kerry and Adam said ‘I do’ at Elixir, overlooking the Mediterranean and Es Vedra. Kerry and her bridesmaids were given the Ibiza beauty treatment by Nicole at Bellissima Ibiza – stylish, chic and modern.
Elixir Shore Club’s head chef Vickki loves pastries, and this little pastry in particular has a special place in her heart. Creamy, raspberry mascarpone, white chocolate and rosewater blend together beautifully in this sweet tartlet, served in crispy pastry crust. Topped with white chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries to garnish, this pretty little dessert tastes even more heavenly than it looks!
Good, old fashioned cooking at its best, Elixir Shore Club takes you back to basics in this flavourful chargrilled fillet steak platter for two. Organic steak – a rarity on Ibiza – is grilled whole and sliced, making for an incredibly tender filet. On the side, authentic, crispy, potato rosti is cooked with caramelised onions and accompanied by beautiful, whole-roasted tomatoes smeared with garlic. Homemade horseradish mayo ties all the wonderful flavours together – this dish may say for two, but we wouldn’t want to share!
