Inspired by the slow cooking phenomenon hailing from the US of A – Mississippi to be precise – Aura Ibiza proudly present their signature burger for 2012: a slow-cooked pulled pork burger complete with crackling, apple sauce and horseradish served on a homemade focaccia and served with Aura’s triple cooked fries. The pork is cooked for over four hours, marinated in lemon, garlic, olive oil and fennel seed, then after it’s been pulled apart left to marinate further in its juices for another hour… is your mouth watering yet?
The beach menu at Ushuaïa Beach Club Restaurant offers something for everyone, but we can’t go past the truly taste-sensational rack of lamb, every time! The most succulent lamb that falls from the bone scented with vanilla essence, and served alongside sweet potato puree, potato and truffle – all ingredients that sound heavy, but on this plate are light and perfect for a summertime lunch!
Aura loves your children! Take your seat at Aura’s fabulous outdoor garden restaurant before 8:15pm and kids in Ibiza eat for free! Mini sliders, spaghetti and meatballs, knickerbocker glories, chocolate brownies, cream sodas, coke floats and more. What’s not to like? Aura opens at 8:00pm, so families need to be seated before 8:15 to take advantage of the offer.
