At just 24 years of age, Kyupiddo by B.For head chef Emilse García, may be one of the youngest head chefs in Ibiza, but what she lacks in years, she makes up for in experience, passion and enthusiasm. Born in Spain, her family emigrated to Argentina when she was very young, where she found herself immersed in a world where cooking was at the heart of the family unit. I love Dalt Vila. I’ve lived inside the fortress walls for many, many years now… I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The official Ibiza restaurant opening takes place on Thursday June 5, 2014 from 8pm, promising stunning sunset views in addition to fab food… and people too, of course!
