After 20 seasons, no two days at Jockey Club Ibiza have ever been the same. Having recently been refurbished for the 2012 summer season, it seems change is even better than a holiday here on Las Salinas… although long-time Jockey Club converts will be happy to hear the menu still includes classics like the Atun Jockey, fresh fruit platters and delicious breakfasts!

Lunches don’t get much more indulgent than the stuffed spider crab at Jockey Club in Las Salinas... so fresh it looks like it could almost crawl off your plate! Cooked, then stuffed with a dough made from with onion, garlic, red and green pepper plus milk and fish stock. Served with parmesan gratin, and we recommend a crisp glass of vino blanco to go with that of course!
