Fresh from the Lebanese grill at hot new Ibiza rooftop restaurant Patchwork – atop the famous Sa Punta by Rita and Rodolphe – is the delicious, traditional Chich Taouk, served with tabouleh and rice with sliced almonds. Succulent chunks of chicken served on a skewer, seasoned with garlic and lemon and served with a savoury sauce, it’s one of the star dishes from the main menu, and pretty much love at first bite!

Ibiza’s most beautiful new rooftop restaurant also boasts a world-class cocktail lounge, and it’s no surprise to us that the cocktail lounge in question serves up award winning cocktails! The place, is Patchwork, the all-new Lebanese restaurant concept created by owners Rita and Rodolphe on the rooftop of Ibiza restaurant Sa Punta. The cocktail, is the Wild Strawberry Palm, a 2013 world champion cocktail concoction of vodka, aperol, sambucca, strawberry and basil – the sweetest taste sensation and the exact colour of the glorious Ibiza sunset!
