The very pretty and impossibly fresh prawn carpaccio is a very exceptional dish indeed, lovingly prepared by masterful chefs at The Giri Café and seasoned with basil grown in The Giri’s very own back garden. Paired with ultra-thin slices of pink grapefruit and avocado from Ibiza, this exquisite plate is made all the more special with an edible flower garnish! Ibiza on a plate – quite literally.
The traditional Al-Andalus soup ajoblanco is anything but typical at The Giri Café. Local almonds blend with garlic and olive oil to make a light and milky soup, topped with homegrown grapes and pumpkin seeds for an added touch of fruity sweetness. Served cool, this fresh summer soup is addictive – each spoonful tastes better than the one before!
Fresh and local scallops are delicately diced raw, and seasoned with lime juice and gourmet truffle purée at The Giri Cafe Ibiza. Rather than place them on any old plate, the tartare is beautifully presented on half a lime, and the result is nothing short of divine – you get just the right amount of zest in every succulent bite!
