As a guest at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, you’ll check into one of the 185 suites in the Ibicenco-style village, or the standalone grand private villas, Villa Alba or Villa Aurora, to start your holiday in island style. On the edge of a fragrant pine forest, with the vast Balearic Sea and sky stretched out before you, the setting is nothing short of idyllic, and your dwellings have been designed with pure pleasure in mind. This year, 7Pines Resort Ibiza elevates its gastronomic reputation to new heights, with the appointment of new executive chef, Óscar Salazar – who earned his stripes working with Michelin-starred chef Óscar Molina. Salazar steps into sleek open kitchen at fine dining destination The View, where he creates tasting menus that infuse the flavours of French cuisine with a Mediterranean twist while creating a connection to the island with Balearic ingredients. Throughout the summer, he joins forces with three highly lauded Michelin-starred visiting chefs for a set of special Four Hands Dinners, and there’s also a series of sommelier-led wine tastings for island oenophiles.

On a more laidback level, the ground floor restaurant Cone Club at 7Pines Resort Ibiza invites one and all to its Sunset Rituals, where the island’s most talented DJs (and some surprise special guests) score the soundtrack to the iconic nightly experience over sharing plates, Spanish dishes and cocktails. Be sure to mark August 19 in your agenda, when Cone Club hosts an exclusive haute couture Fashion Show with NM Events, complete with a culinary journey curated by Salazar. There’s also a monthly pop-up artisan market in the restaurant space (on the second Monday and Tuesday of each month, commencing on June 10 and 11), where you can snap up the best local arts, crafts, beauty products, gourmet treats and fashion – the ultimate Ibiza souvenirs.

Over on the Pershing Yacht Terrace, with uninterrupted views of Es Vedrá, it’s all about impressive cocktails and an izakaya-style Japanese menu. This season, three of Spain’s most revered bars pop-up for two nights of special menus and cocktail masterclasses sponsored by Alvaro brands, including Barcelona’s Dr Stravinsky on June 01 and 02. On June 18 and 19, it’s over to the former winner of Spain’s Bacardi Legacy, Eme Otero, along with Alberto San Miguel of Río Grande, then the series concludes on September 03 and 04 with Madrid’s 1862 Dry Bar – considered one of the best in the world. Channelling the authentic community spirit of Ibiza each night is the Sunset Rituals event at Cone Club, perched right on a clifftop with music, great cuisine, cocktails and those breathtaking front-row sunset views.

The key to a perfect vacation (and perhaps life itself) is balance, and this is where Pure Seven – the resort’s stylish and serene wellness centre comes into play. Here, it’s all about relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration – focusing on bringing the mind, body and soul into alignment under the experienced guidance of some of the world’s best practitioners, wellness masters, yoga teachers and spa therapists. The 2024 season sees the spa introduce two brand-new Wellness Retreats, with its Origen Retreat taking place from June 01 to 04, centred around island heritage, culture and tradition and incorporating yoga, nature walks, workshops, and much more. The Performance Retreat is held from September 14 to 17 and as the name suggests, is all about invigorating experiences – think mountain hikes, kayaking, wild races, and therapeutic treatments. Each retreat includes three nights luxurious accommodation at 7Pines Resort Ibiza in addition to daily buffet breakfast and access to the facilities.
