One of the great joys of living the laidback Spanish lifestyle is the chance to connect with friends over a great value menú del día (a set menu that changes daily or weekly) in some of the island’s best restaurants. In Ibiza town, on the buzzy, vibey Vara de ReyLa Cava Ibiza serves up one of the capital’s finest: a two-course (16€) or three-course (19€) lunch made from local, seasonal produce with both Mediterranean and international influences. This week, starter options include a delicious roasted aubergine with beetroot relish or roasted garlic and parmesan fettucine, while mains include pulled pork and coleslaw bao buns, and grilled cod with sun-dried tomato. Homemade desserts and freshly brewed coffee complete the experience, enjoyed on the sunny terrace or in the chic interior on cooler days.

Fundraising for Ukraine Yoga Classes with Sanya Ormiston – Online

8.15am – Tuesday March 21, 2023

If you’re looking to start your day in a positive way, one of our favourite yoga teachers, Sanya Ormiston – who hosts a series of Dreamy Wellness Retreats in Ibiza every year – is holding a weekly online vinyasa flow yoga class on Zoom, to help raise money for DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. No matter where you are in the world, no matter what level of experience you have, no matter if your camera is on or off, and if your mic is on mute or not, you can join the one-hour class from 8.15am (island time!) and practice with Sanya for a good cause every Tuesday in March. The class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners and all you need to do is turn up and donate (see the link for suggested donations) to take part. Every little bit counts!
