Clandesdining Club presents a series of unique one-off, dinners in unusual locations somewhere in Ibiza, created by different leading chefs, where diners can experience the best local, seasonal produce the Balearics has to offer.
The very first event on July 24, 2014 takes place on one of Ibiza’s oldest farms. This spectacular organic farm has been passed down through the generations, and farmed by the same family for almost 1,000 years. With the current work in progress, it is fast on its way to becoming one of the largest eco farms on the island. Known not only for their traditional produce they are also championing a return to the traditional ways of ecological farming originally used by their ancestors. Clandesdining Club’s guest chef, from the UK, has over 25 years’ experience cooking in some of the finest restaurants in England, two of which held a Michelin star. This truly sensational Ibiza inspired menu is sure to wow the palates of all of our guests.
Cost: 85€ per person for four courses and a welcome drink. There will be a cash only bar serving wine, beer, a selection of long drinks and our signature cocktail.
