Ibiza villa report: Can Cordeta

As Europe starts to shiver under blankets of seasonal snow, it’s natural to start dreaming about your next summer holiday, and booking now means you can secure your chosen dates and have access to more exclusive properties. Can Cordeta is one of the most remarkable homes in in our collection – perfect for families, groups or retreats. Spacious and bright with the perfect synthesis for a seamless indoor meets outdoor lifestyle, the luxurious villa can only be described as Ibiza unplugged. But don’t just take our word for it – read what our clients had to say after staying at Can Cordeta in 2017.

“Es Cubells was a great location for our group holiday. We were so close to the best beach restaurants and our favourite beach Cala Jondal, but it was also super easy to zip up the road to the lovely village of San Jose for a coffee and breakfast at Passion, fresh cheese and local produce from the little farmers’ market or to have a nice dinner in the restaurants.”

“No matter where you stand, the views are just so beautiful and vast. There’s green everywhere you look, with the pine forest, hills and gardens, and then there is the beautiful blue of the sea and sky in the distance. You don’t see any other houses and it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, though actually you’re quite connected.”

“All of the rooms have space to chill out and be alone in the garden, with lovely little patios and comfy outdoor sofas. Waking up here is heaven – all you hear are the sounds of the birds and getting that peaceful alone time in nature before a busy day was so nice. The rooms are also really well spaced out too, with two master suites and then three double bedrooms, we never felt in each other’s pockets.”

“This villa had everything we could ever want and more. There’s a special lighting system that makes the outdoor areas really beautiful at night and the SONOS sound system is also installed out in the gardens and by the pool so we spent a lot of time enjoying all the outdoor areas. Having a house manager on call to help us really made everything go so smoothly while we were there.”

“The entire villa is geared towards appreciating the great outdoors… even when you’re indoors, the big glass windows roll into the walls making the living room feel like an extended balcony. The garden is lush and you can walk down through the forest to find some quiet spaces. The outdoor dining and barbecue area got a lot of use, as did the two swimming pools and we especially loved kicking back in the Balinese hut, where there were more comfy cushions than I’ve ever seen in my life!”

“It’s modern and minimal but still so comfortable and cosy – the colours are all really earthly and textures very natural. It feels like a very luxurious home that can be well and truly lived in. The decoration seems to blend in with the natural surroundings, with some cool Spanish themed art reminding you where you’re staying!”
