A perfect peaceful hideaway in the north of the island between San Carlos and Santa Eulalia, set in beautiful, secluded 17,000 m2 grounds on top of a mountain with stunning sea and country views from every part of the villa. This expansive property encapsulates the true Ibiza charm of the bohemian heyday of the 70s and 80s, transformed and renovated to become a tranquil, peaceful and charming collective of luxury villas that are ideal for discerning groups of friends and families alike. The property consists of five villas, the main villa set over two floors with the four additional villas, built around and connected to the main villa, each enjoying complete privacy. 

Bedrooms & bathrooms

There are six luxury bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, and the villa can be extended for two children with extra beds on request. There is one additional large bathroom with a freestanding bath for guests in the main house. Each bedroom is fitted with satellite TV, a SONOS soundsystem, air-conditioning and WiFi. 

Main Villa / Bedroom 1: Master en-suite with walk-in closet, big enough to furnish with two additional beds for children. There are two terraces overlooking Morna Valley and the garden. Marble bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom which can be configured with one queen size or two children’s beds
Villa 2 / Bedroom 3: Guest suite with spacious en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Overlooking the fish pond and the garden with sea views.
Villa 3 Bedrooms 4: Guest forest suite with en-suite bathroom, large shower and huge walk-in closet. 
Villa 4 / Bedrooms 5: Suite located at the donkey park overlooking the gardens and the pool, huge en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and shower. 
Villa 5 / Bedroom 6: Beach style villa with en-suite bathroom and open kitchen/dining, secluded terrace for complete privacy.

Interior

The main villa has an open floor plan with lobby, dining for eight guests, reception room, a study with fireplace, living room with large flat newest generation Samsung TV, Satellite TV. Coloured Persian Tabriz carpets, Venetian marble stucco on the wall, Travertine marble floors in all rooms and all terraces, Designers Guild curtains and fabrics.

Outdoors

The villa boasts a large Mediterranean garden with beautiful flowers and a wide variety of plants, cacti and palm trees. There are several terraces to relax or to eat, a professional barbecue with dining for eight guests or barbecue area for up to 20 people and a large Olympic size private pool with Jacuzzi. There is also a table tennis table, a large indoor and outdoor space for yoga or fitness, and direct access to beautiful walks and cycle paths. With a Balinese meditation temple, natural fishponds and tea temple.

The multilingual housekeepers (English, French, Spanish and Arabic) and gardener/driver/handyman and maid live on the property and are available 24 hours for the service of the guests. Daily housekeeping, room cleaning, and regular change of bedsheets, towels and laundry in included. A breakfast service is also included in the cost, which encompasses free WiFi, water, gas, electricity and Satellite TV too.

All published rental rates include VAT and additional services such as babysitting and cooking can be requested at a rate of 15€ per hour and there is an extra 2€ eco tax charged per person, per day as is regulation. There is a carport for six cars, and an alarm system connected to the police for added peace of mind.
