Can Na Xamena

Can Na Xamena is located 185 metres above the glittering Mediterranean Sea and offers incredible and unobstructed sunset and sea views. Designed by architect Ramon Esteve, it features rooms with sea views, a large infinity pool, and plenty of terrace and outdoor areas. Accessible to adults only, Can Na Xamena is the ideal place to enjoy authentic Balearic life.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

All bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas, safety deposit boxes and drink fridges, the two master bedrooms featre sunken bathtubs and shower room with fantastic views out beyond the swimming pool. Four bedrooms benefit from a private entrance and three of the rooms are positioned below the pool and are very private with stunning views.

Interior

The modern and simple style of the villa certainly gives the wow factor with a bright and spacious reception area, with high ceilings leading to a lovely dining area with views over the pool and the sea beyond. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, plus satellite TV and DVD player, a music system with iPod connection, WiFi and an alarm.

Outdoors

The Z-shaped infinity pool is surrounded by sun terrace sunbeds and sofas, and there’s a shaded terrace at the back and sun terraces at the front. A fully enclosed garden with electric gates includes a car port for four cars with room for another three.
