Interior

The property is beautifully designed with the perfect mix of modern and cosy features. The internal dining located in the main house has seating for 12 people, overlooks the water feature, 25-metre swimming pool and boasts views across the Med to the Spanish mainland and mountains of Valencia. There is also a staff kitchen (including a professional wine fridge) and an outdoor pavillion kitchen perfect for outdoor dining with five burner gas ove, hotplate, barbecue, gas wok hob, professional pizza oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and osmosis ice machine.

Outdoors

There’s a breathtaking 25-metre swimming pool with dual spa water fountains, and two outdoor showers.  The pool furniture includes large designer shade umbrellas, nine sunbeds, three in-water sunbeds, a large two-person daybed and a hammock for guests to relax all day long.

On the panoramic roof terrace, guests can also enjoy the sunset over the sea and large outdoor heated Jacuzzi with alfresco shower. The pool terrace has dining for 10 people, close to both the central and staff kitchens and a ground floor shaded terrace bar.

Away from the main house in the entertaining pavilion area is the long-shaded olive grove dining table for entertaining 20 people.  This area also contains the outdoor pavillion kitchen, which is framed by Ibizan dry stone walls, the ancient olive grove, two three-metre Corten steel water fountains, separate raised chill-out and fire-pit area, and contains full facilities including an indoor shower, toilet and dual-basin washroom. 

Casa Aguatarida also provides three long professional club bars for events and entertaining: on the roof terrace (alongside the Jacuzzi), on the pool terrace (with osmosis ice machine and refrigerator) and in the outdoor pavillion long bar (with osmosis ice machine, dishwasher and refrigerator).
