Casa Anna

This traditional finca was restored with love and care over the last few years, incorporating the latest technology while maintaining its traditional charm and rural surroundings. Set on the north coast of Ibiza, close to the beautiful village of San Carlos, with a traditional church, restaurants and shops including the famous Las Dalias Hippy Market and beaches Cala Nova and Cala Llenya only a short drive away.

The main villa has a total of five double bedrooms, three of which have an en-suite bathroom and one is a family room consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom. 

The first annex features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a private terrace with sunset views. In addition, there is an independent 80m2 house, fully equipped with kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom, terrace and private parking.

Interior

The beautifully transformed finca consists of a large villa and an independent casita. The main villa has a large modern fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful dining area and large windows opening to the garden and views of the sea and garden. There is WiFi, air-conditioning and a built-in sound system throughout the houses, designed with a luxurious comfort in mind. 

Outdoors

The grounds include a lovely lawn with spectacular sea views, a 10-metre x 4.5-metre infinity pool, herb gardens full of aromatic plants and bushes, an outdoor dining area and barbecue and lots of small, shaded relaxation spots with armchairs and hammocks. There is also a barrel sauna, rustic disco, massage and yoga space, gym, and Balinese pagoda in the large garden. A covered terrace with large table for up to 18 guests with an outside kitchen and barbecue makes it ideal for entertaining.
