Around the property

The interior decoration of Casa Arabella is an homage to the owners’ global travels and cosmopolitan lifestyle, resulting in the creation of a family home exuding warmth, style and an authentic modern Ibiza feeling.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Six bedrooms lie within the walls of Casa Arabella, with the master suite sitting in pride of place on the upper level, complete with a spa-like bathroom and expansive roof terrace with chill out beds and a stunning view. Four more double bedrooms are on the ground floor, one of which features a stylish bathroom, all featuring plush beds topped with colourful Moroccan bedcovers, large mirrors adorning the walls and vintage style lamps and furnishings plus access to exterior terraces. The final bedroom is a single room, full of light and perfect for children.

It’s clear from the moment you step through the front doors of Casa Arabella that this is a warm and welcoming family home. Personal details – be it art collected from the owners’ travels, photos, books lining the walls or unique pieces of décor – are found in every room, perfectly complementing the chic interior design. Eclectic floor tiling was sourced from Barcelona, custom lattice work was used in the cupboards in keeping with the Ibicenco aesthetic and beautiful rugs have been collected from all over the world. The owners worked with the intent to create a home, having a true aversion to cookie cutter holiday homes.

Set on seven acres of land – predominantly wild forest, thick with pine trees – the sounds of silence are blissful at Casa Arabella The gardens were a personal labour of love for the owners, who levelled land, planted fruit trees, pruned hedges and added native Mediterranean flora to create the stunning space around the swimming pool and lawn. A spacious terrace adjacent to the front of the house is ideal for lounging and dining alike, and an additional terrace at the rear of the house provides respite from the summer sun in peak season.
