Interior

The villa has two lounge areas; one modern and equipped with large wall mounted plasma and satellite TV, the other is a traditional style area with a traditional fireplace and chimney. The dining area seats eight people and is set in the open plan modern lounge, along with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. 

Benefitting from full air-conditioning, underfloor heating, surround sound inside and poolside, there’s also an office area with wireless internet access and a printer. The villa has the benefit of a housekeeping service for two hours each morning.

Outdoors

The property sits in a beautiful mature garden featuring a large swimming pool and terrace area with a Balinese-style chill out pavilion. Located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, it is ideally situated for many excellent restaurants and shops in and around Santa Gertrudis such as Bambuddha, Macao and Amalur all within a few minutes’ drive.
