Everland

This beautiful south-facing villa is set in the hills of Ibiza town with incredible sea views across to Formentera. The fantastic location is only five minutes from Ibiza and some of the best restaurants and beaches the island has to offer.

All bedrooms are equipped with 180 x 200 beds, two of the bathrooms feature a bathtub, one has a double shower and two have single showers, while each bedroom has independent air-conditioning system.

Interior

The villa comes fully equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen, living and dining room to seat eight guests for dinner. In the living room there is a flat screen Samsung TV and a BOSE surround sound system, a blue ray DVD player and satellite TV with Spanish and Dutch channels.

Flat screen TVs are installed in all of the bedrooms and there is also a gym on the property. There’s also a housekeeper who works six hours a day, six days a week, who lives in separate accommodation on the property.

Outdoors

There is a large saltwater swimming pool – the water preparation system is based on salt but with there’s no salty taste to the water. There are many outside terraces with ample sunbathing and shaded areas and BOSE speakers are also installed on the outside terrace. An outside dining area seats eight guests with a gas barbecue. 

A large proportion of the property is landscaped with vast areas of lawn which are maintained by two gardeners who tend once a week.
