Villa Nine Ten is a beautiful and luxurious villa, recently renovated and decorated in a contemporary style. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and across to Formentera. The villa is located in Roca Llisa, an exclusive, gated residential area near the golf course.

Ground floor
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with dressing room, a safe and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a large bath and TV. This room is connected to the swimming pool area
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with a separate terrace to the side of the villa

First floor
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with dressing, safe, fully equipped bathroom and a double walk-in shower and TV
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the large sea view terrace
Bedroom 5: Double bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the large sea view terrace

Interior

The villa offers a modern living and dining room with an open kitchen. From each part of the kitchen, you have a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The open kitchen is fully equipped, with a pantry and laundry room. There is a bar where you can enjoy breakfast or take a snack. Both floors are accessible via an elevator, or you can, of course, use the stairs to keep up your fitness level! Or head to the basement where there is a fitness area with equipment available.

Outdoors

Outside there’s a large terrace with infinity pool and stunning views. The terrace has a covered dining area, with comfortable sunbeds for all guests. There is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Big Green Egg barbecue. The pool has a jetstream and varies from 1.4 metres to 2.25 metres deep. Located on the first floor is another large terrace with sunbeds and a sitting area, giving you a beautiful evening sunset.

The carport is large enough for two cars and has access to the elevator and to the gate leading up to the front door.
