Interior

The property has spectacular panoramic views of the island’s coast and hills. With a very spacious living room, beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and unique artworks, there is a contemporary yet cosy and homely feeling throughout. There is a state-of-the-art sound system: BOSE speakers and SONOS system (indoor and outdoor), Apple TV and 4K cinema projector in the living room and in the master bedroom. There are great finishes throughout, polished concrete floors, white walls, whitewashed beamed ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows provide a fresh and bright openness.

Outdoors

The property has several chill-out areas with many daybeds, alfresco dining and professional Weber barbecue. There is a 25-metre infinity pool and an alfresco gym shaded by a canopy, complete with a treadmill, bench and free bars, squat rack, dumbbell rack; leg press; leg curl and leg extension combo, shoulder press, boxing punching bag, gloves and hand wraps plus a gymnastic and mobility area. There are also TRX rings and a yoga studio with mats in each room, plus yoga blocks, straps and blankets. The villa is surrounded by nature so it’s perfect for long hikes.
