Ibiza wellness: 5-day Emotional Cleansing Meditation & Yoga Retreat

Taking place from Friday June 1, 2018 you’ll spend four nights and five days surrounded by like-minded people, practicing active meditation techniques as taught by master Osho that work directly on your emotions and mind, plus gentle yoga sessions and dance meditation techniques to awaken the energy in your body, silence sitting and sharing circles and more.

Suitable for anyone seeking balance and increased self-awareness, all vegan or vegetarian meals are included in addition to fruit, water and herbal tea throughout the day.
