The Body Camp – The Experience

More than just a fitness retreat, The Body Camp is a holistic transformational experience to reset your life. Founder Kate Whale has ran and consulted on fitness and wellness retreats across Europe and in LA, ultimately leading her to the beautiful Mediterranean island of Ibiza today.

“I knew when I started The Body Camp I was going to create something different,” she says. “I wanted to focus not just on fitness or training for hours, but also on mental re-education with life coaching, chill time, getting back to nature, cookery demos, connecting with your emotions and your feelings as to why your not happy with certain aspects of your health.”

Smoothies, superfood shots and soothing herbal teas see you through each day, and the head chef and nutritionist has designed an incredible plant-based menu to aid maximum weight loss (or weight gain for those on the building plan). What’s more, cookery workshops and plenty of tips for sustainable healthy eating set you up to implement lasting change back at home.

Diverse fat burning training
The Body Camp program sees intense fat burning activities in the morning followed by toning recovery time in the afternoon, for improved muscle tone, weight loss and muscle weight gain. Every day is different and you can even design your own day with your favourite tunes. The diverse programme is led by first class trainers, coaches, chefs, dancers, guides, performers, yoga teachers, masseurs, healers, beauticians and hosts for a truly life changing experience. Other benefits may be decreased cholesterol and triglycerides (fats in blood), lower blood pressure and resting heart rate.

Kick back and enjoy the soul stirring island of Ibiza
Set in a hilltop villa in the most northerly reaches of the island, your luxurious accommodation in breath taking scenery immediately gives you a reset to start your experience. The idea is to play hard and rest well to achieve maximum results, so daily activities run from roughly 7am – 5pm (depending on sunrise and weather) and end with an evening of entertainment, relaxation, or deep healing time in this beautiful setting.

That means hidden coves and rock flung beaches, hiking through untouched countryside, with early morning runs around the old town and historical walks.
