The Body Camp – One-week programme

The Body Camp is one of the hottest new retreat centres in Ibiza, set in a luxurious villa in the hills of San Juan and run by some of the world’s leading health, fitness and wellbeing experts.

The entire experience has been carefully planned with your transformation in mind, and provides a full holistic fitness mix for seven days and seven nights. It’s not about losing weight with punishing exercise regimes that leave you feeling bruised; it’s about getting back to nature, re-educating yourself, getting to know yourself again and giving yourself the reset you need to move forward. Founder Kate Whale, who also runs the retreats on a daily basis, explains: “Time is so precious for most people; just as they achieve in their lives, they want to achieve in their downtime. We designed the retreats so our guests get a bit of everything – they dance, do capoeira, they work out on the beach, they do life coaching, they do meditation, they do circuits and much much more.”
