Tonight, the much-anticipated opening of the luxurious Atzaró Ibiza courtyard restaurant, The Orange Tree Restaurant, takes place beneath the twinkling stars and the towering palm trees. Dine among the heady scent of jasmine, on organic, farm-to-fork dishes that are inspired by Ibiza and the Mediterranean. In true Atzaró style, the event features an art exhibition by Bran Symondson and Schoony dubbed Artists Against War presented by Nina Churchill Art Gallery and Black Book Ibiza Creative, and guests will be treated to music by DJ Paino, Mimi Barber and Amber Maxwell throughout the night in The Orange Tree Restaurant and in the Open-Air Music Lounge.

Discreetly tucked away in a side street in the heart of Ibiza town, Noja by Cotton takes discerning diners back to the roots of this ancient Japanese cuisine. The intimate fine dining restaurant is the first of its kind in Ibiza – a refined and elegant space with a capacity for just 24 diners at any one time (14 at the bar and five additional tables of two), where the highest quality ingredients are prepared on the spot using age-old techniques in a way that is akin to fine art. While there are an array of San Juan fiesta events taking place across the island on Thursday, there’s som528 Ibiza is back for 2022 with some surprising new twists. The unique dinner-and-a-show concept returns within a newly renovated restaurant and theatre space, where a hand-picked cast of performers celebrate Ibizan culture and bring it to life through music, dance, acrobatics and theatrics. Start with sunset drinks on the terrace – doors open at five to eight – before heading into the gorgeous new dining room and sitting down to a gastronomic feast created by chefs Gonzalo Aragüez and Massimo Bartelloni, as the show begins at 10pm. Expect all of the senses to be dazzled – open Wednesday to Sunday throughout the summer season.
