Creating an even healthier, happier, bigger buzz than ever before around the island this season is Passion Café, an Ibiza restaurant concept dreamed up by Lana Love in 2002 that has now expanded to include a string hot Ibiza locations. The latest feather in her cap is the long-awaited Passion in Ibiza town’s main square, with terraces on both Vara de Rey and in Plaza del Parque. The stylish and buzzing cafe space offers all your Passion favourites in a super chic setting from day to night.
The original Passion Café still stands proudly on the bustling main strip of Playa den Bossa – catering to beachgoers, holidaymakers and passing by party people. Juices, smoothies and salads sit alongside big breakfasts, burgers and lush desserts – something to suit all appetites. Passion San Jose is an ‘upgraded’ Passion concept dubbed Passion Good Food & Wine. Think high-end eatery rather than cafe, though of course you can still pop in for the island’s best coffee – in a beautifully fresh space.
Passion Restaurante in Marina Ibiza boasts a high-end café feel by day and organic fine dining by night. The emphasis on freshness and quality here is unparalleled, with all produce plucked straight from local organic farms and only payes chicken and fish on the menu – no red meat is served in any of Lana’s restaurants. Passion Santa Eulalia, situated right on the busy promenade with views over the Med, echoes this ethos, with more of a focus on vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
Last, but most definitely never least, a new Passion Pantry is on the way, offering all the goodies you need for a fridge packed with amazing healthy takeaway options – perfect to take onboard your boat for the day – plus cold-pressed fresh juices and more.
Now, there really is a Passion for everyone.
