Juntos House

The cornerstone of this Ibiza restaurant is its cuisine, which is presided over by head chef Pau Garcia Fidalgo. Originally from Barcelona, the talented chef has been creating culinary magic on the island since 2015 and was recently enlisted by Juntos House founder Sophie Daunais. Today, he takes full advantage of the fresh produce harvested by the Juntos Farm team to construct delicious plates like succulent lamb shoulder with baby potatoes, green mojo, fennel and pomegranate salad. Other menu highlights include sweet Ibizan prawns, fresh catch of the day and colourful salads plucked direct from farm soil, alongside a variety of ever-evolving sharing plates.

The interior and exterior spaces at Juntos House have been exquisitely designed to capture the essence of Ibiza through a colour palette that drifts from earthy tones to deep blues and scintillating turquoise. The patio and garden are divine spots to seek respite from the sun beneath parasols, while The Pergola is the perfect place to drop in (no reservations are necessary here) and indulge in cocktails, tapas and tunes. One of the sensitively renovated spaces within Juntos House contains a chic boutique showcasing a beautiful collection of slow-fashion, gorgeous objects, jewellery and cosmetics hand-picked for quality by Daunais, with a strong focus on supporting local and conscious artisans and makers. Treasures include island-made smudge sticks and scented candles, and silk kimonos hand-dyed with botanical pigments sourced from the Juntos Farm, among other wonderful finds.
