Starting your morning on the east coast of Ibiza is a truly beautiful experience – watching the sun slowly rise over the Mediterranean Sea, breathing in the fresh air and taking in the view as the day unfolds is unbeatable. At Amante Ibiza, the mornings are made even more magical with daily yoga classes from Monday to Friday on the sandy terrace, followed by a healthy buffet breakfast. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday classes are hosted by Diana Naya while Wednesday classes are taught by Satya, and are suitable for all levels. Prior reservation is essential to reserve your mat space and the session (taught in English and Spanish) costs 38€ per person, including breakfast and use of a mat.

Salazar steps into sleek open kitchen at fine dining destination The View from Friday May 03, 2024, where he curates tasting menus that infuse the flavours of French cuisine with a Mediterranean twist while creating a connection to the island with Balearic ingredients, with sommelier-led wine pairings for island oenophiles.

Start your weekend in a healthy way with a morning yoga class in the heart of Jesús followed by a vegan or vegetarian gluten-free lunch at PLANT Veggie Bistrot by Can Domingo. On the first Saturday of each month from 11.30am, holistic yoga teacher and personal growth coach Nina Sadlowsky teaches a one-hour Hatha or Vinyasa yoga class (suitable for all levels of experience) in the park behind the church, before participants head across to the inspiring plant-based restaurant to refresh and re-energise with a healthy meal. The Yoga Menu consists of two courses plus water, bread, coffee or tea, and the package costs 39€ including the yoga session. Booking is essential and payments can be made by popping into the café anytime prior to the class.

Founded by island-based somatic practitioner Leah Timmins and life coach Sophie Mackaill, Meraki is a series of wellbeing workshops in Ibiza hosted in collaboration with leading practitioners from around the world. The inaugural event takes place this Saturday at Open Space Ibiza with none other than renowned wellbeing expert, bestselling author and BBCRadio1 host and DJ Stuart Sandeman, aka Breathpod. Join Meraki and the famed Decompression Session maestro for a one-off workshop, where you’ll be guided through a two-hour session focusing on the power of your breath, from 2pm. Sure to be one of the most spectacular showcases of the season, Cosmic Pineapple heads up north for a special one-off event at open-air market destination Las Dalias Ibiza and local nightclub hotspot Akasha Ibiza on Sunday May 05, 2024. There’s free entry during the day to the garden party, held in and around the world-famous market, where some wonderful guest DJs including Chabeli, Lex Wolf, Mirko Loko, Sadeedo and Isis get the party going. From 10pm, those with tickets can head indoors to Akasha Ibiza, where special guest Laurent Garnier is set to regale clubbers with the rare treat of an intimate DJ set. American physician and best-selling author Dr Mark Hyman returns for his second annual Young Forever Longevity Detox Program at Six Senses Ibiza from Monday May 06, 2024 until Sunday May 12, 2024, implementing all the practices and hacks detailed in his popular manual to help reverse your biological age. Next Tuesday night sees two pioneers of Spanish fine cuisine unite in the kitchen at Ibiza Gran Hotel’s flagship restaurant, La Gaia by Óscar Molina, for a very special 4 Hands Dinner experience. The first chef is, of course, the award-winning man behind La Gaia and on this occasion, Molina is joined by renowned chef – and another MICHELIN Star winner – Maria José Martínez of Valencia’s Restaurante Lienzo fame. Tables at this one-of-a-kind gastronomic event will be in high demand, as the two chefs collaborate to create an innovative tasting menu that showcases the finest in local produce paired with accompanying wine from Ibiza. A must for island food lovers and those seeking a unique dining experience in Ibiza.

Hailing from Perugia, Italy, designer Sara Lanzi arrives at Estudio Tur Costa in Ibiza this May with a fashion pop-up showcasing her eponymous women’s design label. With a self-taught finesse, Sara has crafted a collection that transcends age and time; the essence of understated elegance. A true celebration of artisanal production, all pieces are entirely created in workshops in Umbria, close to the brand headquarters, and Sara brings with her a selection from past and current seasons to sell. The pop-up runs until Sunday May 12, 2024, welcoming visitors from Tuesday to Friday, from 11am to 5pm, and on Saturdays, from 2pm to 7pm.
