This is a key role within a dynamic, high-end, and well-established online publishing platform based in Ibiza, Spain. With a reputation for customer service and producing high quality online and print content, we are looking to expand our local client based in addition to targeting international brands.
The sales executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, establishing significant relationships with key stakeholders, formulating sales strategies, and expanding our customer base across new markets. The sales executive will take full ownership of the entire the sales cycle, from lead generation until closing and continued client care. We’re searching for a determined, results-driven, highly organised individual who is excited by the opportunity to pioneer new paths and make a substantial impact in the Balearics. As part of White Ibiza, you’ll collaborate with our creative team and play a direct role in shaping the future of our company’s products, services, and strategies.

What we are looking for
We are seeking a creative thinker with an enthusiastic outlook who understands the sensibilities of the high-end tourism and hospitality market in Ibiza. The ideal candidate will possess a quiet determination, an ability to connect with people from all walks of like, have a gift for dealing with complex personalities, and have a passion for Ibiza and our brand. Excellent communication plus fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish is essential. Knowledge and/or a willingness to learn the various communications and task management software plus exemplary organisational skills are a must.

What we offer:
Terms: Freelance with a view to full-time employment following a three-month trial period. Flexibility with working hours is required, particularly during the summer season.
Remuneration: Base salary plus commission, with bonuses to be paid on leads for global advertising projects.
