Cas Gasi Restaurant at Christmas is truly something special. Gather your loved ones and head to the heart of the Santa Gertrudis countryside to be welcomed as if you were family, before being seated in the beautifully decorated dining room to enjoy a specially designed menu for 140€ per person (excluding drinks).
You’ll be welcomed with Guillemaud oysters and kimchi croquettes, then sit down to starters of salmon tartar, and Christmas consommé. Main courses are a choice of wild turbot with a seasonal mushroom bouquet or traditional Christmas turkey with parmentiere and garden-fresh veggies. Save room for dessert, plus Christmas sweets and chocolate – the epitome of the most wonderful time of the year.
