On Saturdays, join The Nanushka Sun Salute Hike from 9am, and take part in an energy boosting session that runs for two and a half hours, aligned with the morning sunlight, and takes in a hike loop that starts on the beachfront and heads into the hills surrounding El Silencio, led by La Meta. Good hiking shoes are recommended, as is sticking around after the hike for a post-workout green juice, a swim and of course, a long lazy lunch by the sea.
