At Six Senses Ibiza, a Mediterranean style Christmas Day Brunch is served in The Farmers’ Market from midday until 4pm. The menu is 135€ per person and includes a raw bar, jamon carving station and an oyster bar, plus farm-fresh winter dishes like baked sweet potato with pear, goat cheese and champagne sauce, and pumpkin soup with chestnuts and wild mushroom.
Mains include Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, sumac and local Wagyu ham or spinach; Balearic Wagyu roast beef served with winter vegetables; braised acorn pork cheeks with olives, apricot sauce and topinambur, and creamy seafood rice made with prawns, artichoke and celeriac among other delectable dishes.
