Suda Active Meditation

Like a holiday within a holiday, Away Spa within the luxurious W Ibiza in Santa Eulalia is exactly where you want to be – away from it all. The regular yoga and wellness classes – that take place in the open air on the poolside Wet Deck – are open to visitors and island residents in addition to hotel guests and on Saturdays July 16 and 30, 2022, the renowned wellness experts from Suda Experience return to W Ibiza to host an exclusive guilt-free meditation experience – the perfect way to start the day.

The active meditation experience – which takes place poolside from 10.30am to 12.30pm – has been designed to enrich body and mind by combining yoga, sound-healing and relaxation therapies to the rhythm of music played through wireless headphones. Classes are 45€ per person and includes refreshments from a healthy station after the two-hour class. Reservations essential.
