Start with bespoke cocktails like the Trini Mojito or an Alcapone, then order traditional Italian fine dining dishes from the new specially designed holiday season à la carte menu – curated by chef Antonio Boriello. Indulge in luxe dishes like refined, handmade pasta and ravioli – both classic and contemporary – or choose Mediterranean-inspired mains from the grill, all with a twist of the Italian festive traditions. Lunch is served between 1pm and 4pm, with dinner offered between 7pm and 11pm.
