Our Soul is Air

Get your cultural kicks at Our Soul Is Air – a four-day art extravaganza spread over two weekends hosted by zeitgeist art foundation Ses 12 Naus. Located at the organisation’s exhibition space, La Carpinteria in Can Bufí, the program is curated by Elise Lammer in collaboration with Andres Rodríguez Novoa. The project investigates the island as a crossroads of diverse civilisations. Chapter 1 on April 14 and 15 focuses on natural resources as it pertains to creativity while Chapter 2 on May 5 and 6 explores the legacy Ibiza has left in clubbing and rave culture around the world.

Expect performances, round tables, Q&As, panels and screenings from a group of local and international names. Impresario Dawn Hindle sits down with architect Jaime Romano and artist Sarah Ancelle Schönfeld. Mallorca-born artist Lara Fluxà talks with local gallerist Guillermo Romero Parra about her remarkable work featured in the Venice Biennale and artist Rosa Tharrats facilitates workshops designed for families with much more on the menu.
