Ibiza summer evenings are best enjoyed over dinner in one of the island’s beautiful garden restaurants, and Friday May 12, 2023 is the evening to welcome back Mimì Pizza Bistrot in the hills outside of San José. Located in the garden of the renowned fine dining destination Can Domingo, Mimì Pizza Bistrot gives diners a chance to enjoy a more laid-back experience on the stunning terrace of in the early evening hours and share a low-key meal with friends, along with a perfectly paired cocktail or glass of wine.
The menu features everyone’s favourite classics plus a host of Italian street food favourites, all with the contemporary Mimì twist. The restaurant follows the same philosophy of using only high quality seasonal produce as the fine dining destination, and the Can Domingo à la carte menu is also available for those who can’t resist. Reservations highly recommended for opening night.
