Omakase Dinner with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa

For the first time since 2018, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay this week for two special evenings of omakase-style dining for hotel guests and island residents and visitors. The stunning restaurant on the shores of Talamanca plays host to an exclusive Omakase dinner on Thursday June 01, 2023 and Friday June 02, 2023 led by executive chef Enrico Maimonte and featuring a seven-course menu inspired by the world-famous culinary creations of Chef Nobu San.

The menu is priced at 195€ per person with two seatings, at 7.30pm and 11pm and places are very limited so be sure to make a booking as quickly as possible to secure a seat at one of these unmissable gourmet events.
