Eyal Shani Chef’s Table

Israeli celebrity chef Eyal Shani continues to weave his culinary magic throughout the luxurious Six Senses Ibiza eco-resort in the far north of the island, thanks to the launch of his new in-house, open-air restaurant, the very appropriately named, North by Eyal Shani.
The undisputed king of modern Israeli street food will be putting his unique spin on the fresh and raw ingredients harvested from the Six Senses Ibiza organic farm, along with locally sourced seafood and prime cuts of Spanish meat. As a special introduction to the new eatery, under the olive trees and overlooking the glistening waters of Cala Xarraca, the chef himself will host four exclusive evenings this week, with Eyal Shani Chef”s Table community dinners taking place each night from Thursday June 22, 2023 until Sunday June 25, 2023. Reservations are limited and essential, with the dining menu priced at 140€ (or upgrade to include a wine pairing for an additional 60€) including valet parking.
